Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 September 2026

These terms govern use of the Nurvo software and websites (nurvo.co.zw and erp.nurvo.co.zw), provided by Lunartech Solutions (Private) Limited (registration no. 33123A0222025) of 4 Meredith Drive, Eastlea, Harare, Zimbabwe ("we", "us"). By registering an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent ("you").

1. The service

Nurvo is business management software — point of sale, invoicing, inventory, accounting, HR and payroll, procurement and ZIMRA fiscalisation — provided as a subscription, hosted by us or installed on your own server by arrangement. Features available to you depend on your plan.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for the actions of users you authorise. Tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorised access. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

3. Fees and payment

Subscription fees are as quoted for your plan, payable in advance. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, taking effect from your next billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Your data

Business records you enter remain yours. For personal information inside those records (your customers, staff and suppliers), you are the data controller and we are your data processor under the Cyber and Data Protection Act: we process it only on your instructions to provide the service, keep it confidential and secure, engage sub-processors (hosting, email delivery) only under equivalent obligations, tell you without undue delay of any personal-data breach affecting your data, and assist you reasonably with data-subject requests. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to put that data into the system. You can export your data, and on termination we will make it available for export for 30 days before deletion (subject to legal retention duties).

5. Fiscalisation and statutory output

Nurvo transmits fiscal documents to ZIMRA and prepares statutory calculations (VAT, PAYE, NSSA and similar) from the data and rates in your system. You remain responsible for your business's tax and statutory compliance — for registering and maintaining your fiscal device, for confirming statutory rates before relying on them, and for reviewing returns before filing. Nurvo is a tool, not a tax adviser.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, resell it without our written agreement, or use it to store or send unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk, giving notice where practicable.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not promise uninterrupted operation; maintenance windows and events outside our control can cause downtime. Support is provided by email during Zimbabwe business hours unless your plan says otherwise.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act [Chapter 14:44] where it applies. Subject to that, the service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. We may terminate for material breach unremedied after 14 days' written notice, or immediately for serious misuse.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe and the courts of Zimbabwe have jurisdiction. If a clause is found invalid the rest remain in force. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified inside the application at least 14 days before they take effect.
